Requirements for Image Files and Prints

If you are sending prints for flush mount album binding please observe the following requirements:

•Keep text and borders on layouts at least 1/2" away from edge. Each page is slightly trimmed to flush the edge and round the corners.

•All prints must be photographic paper, Inkjet prints are not accepted (unless coated and approved by our production department)

•We do not laminate or liquid laminate prints, but you are welcome to submit laminated material.

•Carefully package prints to avoid scratches or corners bending.

•Prints are inspected upon arrival... if prints are damaged customer will be contacted.

•MPO is not responsible for any damage to prints due to shipping

•We reserve the right to reject any material that we consider of objectionable nature.

NOTE: PRINT AND BIND ORDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY DISC WITH BACK UP FILES. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SCRATCHES OR MISTAKES HAPPEN, WE NEED TO HAVE ORIGINAL FILES TO REPRINT FROM IF NECESSARY.

If you are sending files on a CD for the purpose of printing and binding please observe the following:

Printing with us for the first time? Send a file for a FREE TEST PRINT (flush mount orders)

•All files must be Jpeg format, correctly sized at 300 dpi, RGB, numbered by page order, and unlocked.

•MPO is not responsible for color differences on the final prints.

•We provide a FREE color test (one per customer) for screen color calibration and acceptance of quality.

•We reserve the right to reject an order based on it's poor resolution quality or content.

•MPO is not responsible for loss of data, please back-up all your files.

•There are no refunds on custom flush mount albums or coffee table books.

Submitting an order implies that you accept and comply to these requirements.
