Policies: Imprinting Add three business days for orders that require imprinting. Front cover imprinting is always on front right bottom corner of the book. Studio imprinting is always on the inside back cover of the book (centered bottom). Customer is responsible for all name and title spelling... MPO will imprint your book exactly the way is typed in your online order. Returns & Exchanges There are no returns on custom imprinted product, flush mount albums, coffee table books, photo lab orders, business printed products. No returns on special orders or custom designed product. All other products can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from delivery date. In order to keep our prices low, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All exchanges and returns must be approved by the management. In the event of product damaged during shipping, the shipping company is solely responsible for damages, and a claim must be filed. All damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery date. Shipping We ship all domestic orders via UPS ground. Other shipping charges such as next day or second day, or different carrier, must be paid in advanced upon a quote from our order desk. Different shipping charges apply to Hawaii and Canada orders. See current shipping charges for regular and elite accounts (Download PDF File) Custom orders Custom orders require a signed purchase order and must be paid in advance prior to delivery. No returns or exchanges on custom orders. Other terms and conditions : - All files must be correctly sized and at 300 dpi resolution, numbered by page order and unlocked. - MPO is not responsible for color differences on the final prints. - We reserve the right to reject any order based on resolution quality or content. - We are not responsible to check the quality and resolution of any/each file for print and bind orders. - MPO is not reponsible for loss of data, please backup all your files - There are no refunds on custom flush mount albums or coffee table books - Shipping costs related to an album repair is not covered by MPO or Boca Albums - All prints must be photographic paper (no injet prints are accepted) - We do not laminate or liquid laminate prints, but you are welcome to submit laminated material. - Prints are inspected upon arrival... if prints are found to be damaged, customer will be notified. - MPO is not responsible for any damage to prints due to shipping. - Customer must provide additional prints at customer's expense to replace damaged material. - We reserve the right to reject any submitted material that we consider of objectionable nature. . |
